New customers must complete a Request for Service and place a Security Deposit.
Deposits are assessed as follows:
     Water Service Only: $165.00
     Sewer Service Only: $175.00
     Water and Sewer Service: $340.00

*Security Deposits are automatically refunded to your account within 12 months if you keep a good payment record.

To request service, please proceed as follows:

1.  Contact our office by phone at 724-349-6640 or by e-mail at customercare@icomsa.org.  Our office staff will be able to provide you the information needed to complete the Request for Service Form, such as account number and service(s) provided at that location.  They will also schedule an appointment to have services turned on.  (Someone must be present when water is turned on.)

2.  Complete the proper Request for Service and return it to our office with a payment in the amount of your security deposit.  You may mail the completed Request for Service Form in with a personal check, money order, or cashier's check.  You may personally bring it to our office at 602 Kolter Drive in Indiana, PA.  If you prefer to e-mail the Request for Service, we will be able to take payment of your security deposit over the phone or online. Request for Service.

** Please note that service can not be established in your name until the completed Request for Service and complete payment of the Security Deposit are received here at our office and an appointment has been scheduled to have your service turned on. There will be a one time turn on fee of $25.00 added to your first bill.
